Data Deletion Instructions

If you contacted AG Multi Services through Facebook, WhatsApp, website or phone and want your service-related data deleted, follow these steps.

How To Request Deletion

1. Send a WhatsApp message to 9137620610 with the text: Data Deletion Request.
2. Mention your name, mobile number used for the service, and the service/request you want deleted.
3. You may also call 9137620610 or visit the office for the same request.

What Will Be Deleted

• Local service notes, inquiry details and non-required copies related to your request.
• Communication references where deletion is technically possible.

Retention Exceptions

Some records may be retained if required by law, payment/accounting rules, fraud prevention, official portal requirements, or completed government/service submissions.

Response Time

We will review deletion requests as soon as possible, normally within 7 working days.
